WHY JESUS IS THE TRUTH (AND WHY HUMAN BELIEF CAN BE MISLEADING)

Awakened by Grace: Why Some Hear the Gospel but Only Some Are Made Alive

“Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear?” — Mark 8:18 (NKJV)

There is a sacred mystery surrounding salvation that many wrestle with but few dare to approach honestly:
Why do so many hear the Gospel… yet only some awaken to it?

Why does one person sit under preaching for decades and remain unchanged, while another hears the message once and is instantly transformed?

Why does one heart open in tears and repentance, while another remains unmoved by the same truth?

This question is not merely theological — it is deeply spiritual.
And the answer does not begin with human effort.
It begins with God’s power to make the dead alive.

This post is for those who have seen that salvation is not human achievement — it is divine resurrection.

Hearing Is Natural — Awakening Is Supernatural

Every human can hear words.
But not every human can hear truth.

The sound of the Gospel reaches many ears, but the life of the Gospel only enters hearts God has made alive.

Scripture is clear:

“And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins.”
— Ephesians 2:1 (NKJV)

Dead people cannot respond.
Dead people cannot reach.
Dead people cannot choose life.

So salvation does not begin when man chooses God —
It begins when God chooses to give life.

This is why Jesus did not say:
“No one comes to Me unless he decides…”

He said:

“No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him.”
— John 6:44 (NKJV)

Coming to Christ is not first an act of human will —
It is first an act of divine drawing.

The Gospel Is Seed — But the Soil Is Not the Same

Jesus Himself explained this reality through the parable of the sower.

“Behold, a sower went out to sow…”
— Matthew 13:3 (NKJV)

The seed is the same.
The sower is the same.
But the results differ.

Why?

Because the soil is different.

Some seed falls on hardened ground
Some on shallow ground
Some among thorns
And some on good soil.

The seed does not change —
But the condition of the heart determines whether life takes root.

And even the good soil is not naturally produced.

God prepares it.

“But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it…”
— Matthew 13:23 (NKJV)

Understanding here does not mean intelligence.
It means spiritual capacity, which only God provides.

Why the Cross Sounds Like Foolishness to Many

Scripture does not say people reject the Gospel merely because they dislike it.
It says something far deeper:

“For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing…”
— 1 Corinthians 1:18 (NKJV)

And again:

“The natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God… nor can he know them…”
— 1 Corinthians 2:14 (NKJV)

This is not about stubbornness alone.
It is about inability without regeneration.

Until God gives spiritual life, divine truth sounds like nonsense.

Not because the truth lacks power —
But because the hearer lacks life.

Awakening Is Revelation, Not Reasoning

Jesus made this unmistakably clear when Peter recognized Him as Christ.

“Flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.”
— Matthew 16:17 (NKJV)

Peter didn’t figure Jesus out.
He didn’t logically deduce His identity.

He was shown.

This is what awakening is.

Not learning about God —
But God revealing Himself.

Not mastering theology —
But receiving revelation.

This is why some sit under teaching for decades and never awaken,
while others hear once and their spirit explodes alive.

Because revelation is not taught —
It is given.

Why Some Are Awakened Now and Others Later

God does not awaken souls randomly.
He awakens them according to divine timing, mercy, purpose, and preparation.

“To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.”
— Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NKJV)

Some are awakened early in life
Some in crisis
Some after loss
Some after exhaustion
Some after success fails
Some after comfort collapses

Because God awakens when the soul is positioned to truly receive — not merely hear.

Some Hearts Must Be Broken Before They Are Opened

Scripture teaches:

“The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart…”
— Psalm 34:18 (NKJV)

But biblical brokenness is not merely emotional pain —
It is surrender.

Some awaken through storms.
Some awaken through stillness.

But all awaken through humility.

Preservation Is As Powerful As Restoration

Not everyone comes to God through devastation.

Some are:

  • preserved

  • shielded

  • gently drawn

  • quietly aligned

  • guarded from destruction rather than rescued from it

“He shall cover you with His feathers…”
— Psalm 91:4 (NKJV)

God is glorified both in rescuing the fallen
and in keeping the standing.

Peaceful lives do not mean shallow faith.
Quiet faith does not mean weak faith.

Some were not broken —
They were kept from breaking.

That is just as divine.

Why Only Some Awaken

Because only some are:

  • drawn by the Father

  • illuminated by the Spirit

  • freed from blindness

  • prepared as soil

  • awakened from death

Jesus said:

“Many are called, but few are chosen.”
— Matthew 22:14 (NKJV)

The call goes out to many.
But awakening is divine selection.

This does not mean God is unfair —
It means God is sovereign.

“Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?”
— Genesis 18:25 (NKJV)

No one is overlooked.
No one is cheated.
No one is awakened without purpose.

Even Belief Itself Is a Gift

Perhaps the most humbling truth of all:

“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.”
— Ephesians 2:8 (NKJV)

Faith is not self-produced.

It is granted.

Life comes first —
Belief follows.

This is why salvation cannot be bragged about.

No one awakens themselves.

God does.

Why This Truth Matters for Your Walk

This truth does something sacred:

It frees you from frustration

You are not responsible for awakening people.
Only for sowing faithfully.

God awakens.

It protects you from pride

You did not see because you were better.
You saw because God opened your eyes.

“Who makes you differ from another?”
— 1 Corinthians 4:7 (NKJV)

It deepens your worship

Because you realize:
You were not convinced into salvation —
You were resurrected into it.

What This Means for the Believer

It means you:

  • walk in humility

  • sow without striving

  • pray without pressure

  • trust without anxiety

  • love without coercion

You become a vessel, not a controller.
A light, not a judge.
A witness, not a force.

Final Truth

Many hear the Gospel,
but only some awaken
because only God can make the dead alive,
open blind eyes,
unstopped deaf ears,
prepare the soil,
and reveal Christ to the heart.

And if your eyes are open today —
It is because He opened them.

Not taught into it.
Not pressured into it.
But awakened.

Closing Reflection for my Readers

If you are awake, give thanks — not credit to self.
If others are not yet awake, pray — not pressure.
If the seed has not yet taken root, trust — not strive.

Because when God speaks life…
Nothing remains dead.

WHY SOME PEOPLE REJECT THE GOSPEL (BIBLICAL EXPLANATION OF SPIRITUAL AWAKENING)

Awakened by Grace: Why Some Hear the Gospel but Only Some Are Made Alive

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO DIE TO YOURSELF AND FOLLOW CHRIST?

NONE OF ME. ALL OF HE.

A Call to Lift Jesus Higher
πŸ’œ By: A Loved Daughter of the King

🌿 INTRODUCTION: THE WORLD SAYS “LOOK AT ME” BUT HEAVEN SAYS “LOOK AT HIM”

Everywhere we turn — the world screams for attention.
Every platform exists to showcase self.
Every scroll demands a spotlight.

People want to be seen.
People want to be adored.
People want to be lifted up.

But what about Jesus?

The One who is the Light of the world.
The One who alone deserves to be lifted high.
The One who is the King forever.

While many strive to be known, my heart cries:

None of me. All of He.

Because if people see me, and not Him, then what was the point of my breath today?

We were not created to build our own audience — we were created to make disciples.
Not to gather followers — but to follow Him.
Not to show off our life — but to show off His Life in us.

“He must increase, but I must decrease.”
— John 3:30 (NKJV)

My purpose is clear. My mission is divine.
I exist to point to Jesus.

✨ JESUS IS THE MESSAGE — I AM JUST THE MESSENGER

I do not want my name remembered.
I want His Name proclaimed.

I do not desire applause.
I desire repentance, transformation, and salvation.

I do not seek influence.
I seek His influence over every soul He allows me to reach.

“For in Him we live and move and have our being.”
— Acts 17:28 (NKJV)

I am not the source — I am the vessel.
I am not the treasure — I carry the Treasure.
I am not the Savior — but the Savior lives in me.

If anyone feels hope when they read my words…
It’s because Jesus is speaking.
If anyone feels peace in my presence…
It’s because He is near.
If anyone finds faith rising…
It’s because His Word never returns void.

I want my writing, my life, and my voice to preach one message:

Behold the Lamb.

πŸ”₯ THE DANGEROUS TRAP OF SPOTLIGHTS

The world convinces people to brand themselves as the hero.
To be admired. To be pursued.

But the spotlight is deadly.
It blinds.
It deceives.
It corrupts.

The world is thirsty to be worshiped.
But worship belongs to One Name only:

“…At the name of Jesus every knee should bow…”
— Philippians 2:10 (NKJV)

This is why I refuse to exalt myself.

I do not want to be a star.
I want to be a window — clear and invisible — that only reveals Jesus.

🌌 JESUS — THE NAME ABOVE EVERY NAME

When people look at me, I want them to see the King of Glory:

The One who healed the sick.
Opened blind eyes.
Raised the dead.
Set captives free.
Destroyed the works of the devil.
Crushed the head of the serpent.
And saved my soul forever.

My life is proof that He lives.

“Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
— Colossians 1:27 (NKJV)

If you see strength in me — it’s His Strength.
If you see victory in me — it’s His Victory.
If you see glory in me — it’s His Glory.

Jesus is my only worth.

πŸ•Š️ SOCIAL MEDIA IS THE NEW ALTAR OF SELF

Selfies like incense.
Lifestyles like idols.
Followers like worshippers.

People don’t realize:
They’re offering praise to themselves.

This is why the world groans — it’s suffocating under the weight of self.

Because…

Self cannot save.
Self cannot satisfy.
Self cannot resurrect.

But JESUS —

He alone gives rest.
He alone gives joy.
He alone gives life.

“I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”
— John 10:10 (NKJV)

Social media shines lights on the wrong throne.
But I’m here to flip the spotlight.

Let my blog, my posts, my voice — be a pulpit.

Let every word declare:

πŸ“£ Jesus is Lord.
πŸ“£ Jesus is King.
πŸ“£ Jesus is Savior.
πŸ“£ Jesus is everything.

🌱 I AM A SEED — HIS ROOTS, HIS FRUIT

If my name fades… glory.
If my face disappears… hallelujah.
If my story goes unnoticed… praise His Name.

Because:

I do not live to be remembered.
I live to help others remember Him.

My identity is hidden:

“For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.”
— Colossians 3:3 (NKJV)

I don’t want followers.
I want disciples.

I don’t want fans.
I want worshippers of Jesus.

I don’t want attention.
I want revival.

Let the fruit of my life be souls saved, hearts awakened, and eyes opened to the Truth of the Gospel.

✨ IF YOU SEE ANY GOOD IN ME — IT’S HIM

People may say:

“You’re so strong.”
“You’re so wise.”
“You’re so peaceful.”

But I answer:

“I am nothing without Him.”

My confidence is Christ.
My brilliance is His Light.
My courage is His Authority.
My faith is His Gift.
My love is His Heart.

If I shine — it’s because His Light shines through me.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”
— Matthew 5:16 (NKJV)

Not glorify me

But Him.

πŸ”₯ I AM AN AMBASSADOR — NOT A CELEBRITY

Heaven sent me.
Not to entertain.
Not to impress.
Not to trend.
Not to be liked.

But to represent the Kingdom.

“Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ…”
— 2 Corinthians 5:20 (NKJV)

I speak Heaven’s language.
I carry Heaven’s authority.
I release Heaven’s message.

My success is not measured by views…
but by obedience.

My impact is not measured by followers…
but by souls.

My reward does not come from people…
but from the King I serve.

πŸ•Š️ I WAS MADE FOR HIS GLORY — NOT MY OWN

Before I was knit in my mother’s womb…
Before I wrote a single sentence…
Before I ever opened my mouth…

Jesus chose me to make Him known.

“…The people whom I formed for Myself
That they shall declare My praise.”

— Isaiah 43:21 (NKJV)

I will not waste the breath He gave me
on words that worship myself.

Every breath belongs to Him.

✍🏾 MY WRITING IS WORSHIP

Every blog post
Every poem
Every message
Every decree

is a fragrance poured out at His feet.

These are not my words.
These are not my ideas.
This is not my talent.

It’s His inspiration flowing through a willing vessel.

I do not write for attention.
I write for His Glory.

If one person feels Jesus near —
then Heaven celebrates more than any viral post ever could.

One soul is worth more than ten thousand clicks.

πŸŒ₯️ WHEN MY FACE IS UNKNOWN — HIS FACE IS SEEN

People may overlook me…
But Jesus sees me.

People may not understand me…
But He called me.

People may reject me…
But He embraced me.

I am not alone on social media.
Heaven is watching my posts.
Angels surround my words.
The Holy Spirit fills my voice.

I am not promoting a brand…
I am proclaiming the Gospel.

🌈 JESUS GETS THE GLORY — ALWAYS

So if anything good ever comes from my life…

Let no one say:
“Look at her.”

Let them say:
“Look at HIM!”

My life’s anthem is simple:

πŸ“Œ Jesus is Lord
πŸ“Œ Jesus is the Way
πŸ“Œ Jesus is the Truth
πŸ“Œ Jesus is the Life
πŸ“Œ Jesus is the Answer
πŸ“Œ Jesus is everything

“And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself.”
— John 12:32 (NKJV)

I am here to lift Him.

🌟 FINAL DECLARATION:

NONE OF ME. ALL OF HE.

Lord Jesus,
Let Your Glory consume every space I step into.
Let Your Voice speak through me.
Let Your Light overshadow me.
Let Your Name be magnified.
Let Your Kingdom come through every word.

May people never remember my face —
but may they never forget Yours.

My life is Yours.
My platform is Yours.
My influence is Yours.
My purpose is Yours.
My breath is Yours.

Forever and ever…

Glory to the King of kings.
None of me. All of He. πŸ’œ

HOW TO OVERCOME ANXIETY AS A CHRISTIAN (IDENTITY IN CHRIST EXPLAINED)

πŸ’«πŸŒŸWhat Anxiety Tries to Hide - Your Identity in Christ ⭐🌟

"For you died, and your life is hidden with
Christ in God." - Colossians 3:3 (NKJV)

Anxiety is more than just a feeling - it's a

spiritual thief.

It doesn't just come to make your hands

tremble or your heart race.

It comes to make you forget who you are.

What does anxiety try to hide?

It hides your confidence.

It hides your peace.

But above all - it hides your identity in Christ.

And if the enemy can keep you from seeing

your true identity, he can try to keep you from

walking in your divine authority.

⭐🌟You Are Not What You Fear - You Are Who He CalledπŸ’«⭐

Anxiety whispers things like,

"You're not safe."

"You're not good enough."

"You're alone."

But those are not your thoughts - they're

accusations. They are disguised lies from

the enemy hoping you'll agree with them.

Because the enemy knows that the moment

you see yourself rightly, the chains break

immediately.

And here's the truth he's hoping you never

realize:

You are already seated in heavenly places

(Ephesians 2:6).

You are already complete in Christ

(Colossians 2:10).

You are already loved, chosen, and

protected.

⭐🌟When You Know Who You Are, Fear Loses It's Grip⭐🌟

Anxiety survives in identity confusion, It

wants you to think you're helpless, fragile,

and certain. But you are none of those

things.

You are:

*A daughter of the Most High

*A royal priesthood

*A chosen vessel

*A temple of the Holy Spirit

*A warrior wrapped in peace

Fear only thrives where faith is forgotten. But

even now, faith is rising in you again - not by

your strength, but by the Spirit of God.

Jesus Didn't Die for You to Live in Fear

He didn't go to the Cross hoping you'd

survive life with anxiety.

He went to the Cross so you could be free

from it.

So you could say:

"I am not anxious - I am anchored."

"I am fearful - I am filled with peace."

"I don't live in dread - I live in Him."

The enemy is terrified of a believer who

knows they are hidden in Christ.

Because that believer can't be shaken, can't

be bought, and won't bow to fear.

Let Heaven Remind You Who You Are

Every time anxiety rises, don't retreat-

reveal.

Reveal what's true:

"I am a child of God, and His perfect love

casts out all fear." (1 John 4:18)

What anxiety tries to hide, God's Word boldly

reveals.

Open it. Speak it. Live it.

You are not defined by your panic. You are not

shaped by your worries.

You are defined by the One who shaped you

in the womb and called you His own.

So today, let anxiety fall silent.

Let the lie be exposed.

Let your identity shine.

Because you are not anxious.

You are anointed.

You are not lost.

You are found in Christ.

And nothing - not even fear- can ever hide

what Jesus has written about you.
