She didn't plan on waking up early. Heaven had already scheduled the moment.
Before the sun stretched its light across the blinds, she felt a stirring in the invisible. A flutter in the air that was not natural. Her heart beat like someone knocking from the inside - an urgency she couldn't explain.
It was as if her spirit already knew what her mind had not yet grasped:
Something is changing.
Something is rising.
Something is calling me higher.
She opened her Bible the way a flower opens toward the morning light - no effort, just obedience. And the pages landed where they were meant to land:
Psalm 127 through Psalm 133.
The Songs of Ascents.
She didn't choose them.
They chose her.
These were the songs sung by those who were going up -
Ascending.
Climbing.
Rising to the place God prepared.
Her eyes paused - not from confusion, but recognition.
Her whole life had become an ascent.
She was no longer built by the world's hands.
No longer defined by earthly labels.
No longer living on ground level.
She was being built by God Himself.
Her Writing.
Her Faith.
Her Voice.
Her Purpose.
Nothing in her life was being left to chance - not anymore.
She closed her eyes for just a moment....
...and that is when heaven opened hers.
A vision rushed in - sudden and powerful:
She saw herself high in the sky.
Wind crashing against her face.
Hair pulled back by divine momentum.
Speed beyond anything human.
A height no enemy could reach.
She wasn't running.
She wasn't climbing.
She was flying.
Fast.
Fearless.
Far above everything that ever tried to keep her low.
The wind wasn't pushing her back - it was lifting her forward.
It was the breath of God behind her destiny.
And in that moment, the wind carried a message:
"You do not belong on the ground anymore."
Her eyes opened, breath caught in awe....
Had God just shown her the next phase?
If this was only the beginning...
how high was she about to go?
